Therapy for Women Ready to Understand What’s Beneath the Surface

THE UNINTERRUPTED

LIFE COLLECTIVE

with Pashyon Blake, MSW, LCSW

Trauma-informed therapy for women with a history of anxiety, depression, and complicated childhood experiences, helping you make sense of the past and how it shapes the present.

I create space for women to explore their stories, the messy middle, and everything in between, so they can understand themselves more deeply and feel more at home in who they are.

No one moves through life uninterrupted.

I’m Pashyon Blake, MSW, LCSW, and I help women make sense of their experiences and understand how their history may still be shaping how they think, feel, and show up today. It is a privilege to sit with people in the process of coming back to themselves. Not the version of themselves that learned how to survive, but the version that was always there beneath it. The one that never stopped existing. The one that no longer has to carry everything alone.

I help women make sense of the patterns shaped by trauma, relationships, family, responsibility, and life experiences—so you can understand yourself more deeply and begin creating a life that feels more like your own. Therapy can help you connect the dots between your history and the way you experience life today.

You survived by becoming the strong one.
Now it’s time to
recover.

From the outside,

you look capable, responsible, and put together. You’re the one people count on, the one who figures it out, keeps going, and carries more than anyone realizes.

But sometimes, the ways we learn to get through life can become the very things that make it difficult to feel fully like ourselves.

Grief, childhood experiences, early responsibility, family dynamics, motherhood, trauma, and life’s unexpected transitions can shape the way you learn to move through the world. Over time, those patterns can become so familiar that they begin to feel like who you are.

You may not notice it at first. You just notice you’re tired in a way rest doesn’t fix. You overthink relationships. You feel responsible for everyone else’s emotions. You struggle to rest without guilt. You look fine, but don’t feel like yourself.

At The Uninterrupted Life Collective, I help women understand how those patterns formed, what they once protected you from, and how they may be affecting your life now.

“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”

— Dr. Maya Angelou

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

Recovery doesn’t begin when everything falls apart. It begins when you become curious about the ways you’ve been surviving. If something here feels familiar, we can begin there. You don’t need to be in crisis. You only need a place where your whole story is welcome.
