FAQs
Say the quiet part out loud.
-
You do not need to be in crisis to begin therapy.
You may simply notice that you are tired in a way rest doesn’t fix, overthinking relationships, feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions, struggling to rest without guilt, or feeling like you look fine but don’t feel like yourself.
Therapy can be a place to understand those patterns more deeply and begin changing your relationship with yourself and others.
-
The consultation is a brief 15-minute opportunity to connect, ask questions, and determine whether working together may be a good fit.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
-
You can begin by scheduling a complimentary 15-minute consultation, or you can complete the prescreener and book your initial intake.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can begin where you are.
-
I’ll respond to your inquiry within 1 business day.
If you’re not sure where to reach out, you can reach out through my contact form or through my email pashyon@uninterruptedlife.com.

Therapy with me is collaborative and paced.
We move at a speed that helps you feel safe enough to notice patterns without becoming overwhelmed by them.
I offer a steady, relational, and trauma-informed space where your story is met with curiosity, your grief is taken seriously, and your experiences are never minimized or rushed.
I bring my whole self to this work, and I invite you to bring your whole self, too.
I don't believe therapy should be about simply checking the boxes or learning to tolerate a life that doesn't fit. I believe in doing the deeper work—understanding what shaped you, recognizing the patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way.
You will not be rushed here.
You will not be forced to “move on.”
-
Yes.
You don't have to show up perfectly. You don't have to have the right words. You don't have to perform being “okay.”
You can come as you are.
Some days that may mean showing up with tears. Other days you may need to move around, take a walk, lie down, or eat a meal while we talk.
You are allowed to be human here.
The one exception is safety: you cannot participate in therapy while driving. If you are driving when your session begins, please safely pull over and park before joining the session.

I am currently a private-pay practice and provide superbills for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through their insurance. If your plan offers out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement.
I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your coverage and reimbursement benefits.
I am also in the process of joining select insurance plans. Additional options will be listed here as they become available.
-
A superbill is a document you can submit to your insurance company when seeking reimbursement for eligible out-of-network mental health services.
Because insurance plans differ, I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand your specific benefits and reimbursement requirements.
-
I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you need to reschedule and another session time is available within the same week, there is no cancellation fee.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments are subject to a $125 late cancellation/no-show fee.
